Indoor Sessions
Please note that members Pool Session is 1 Hour,
from 19:00 to 20:00 on a Fri evening.
Fees are to be paid in complete blocks on the first session. Fees can be paid BACS transfer.
A Members block above should be paid (preferrably by BACS).

Lifeguard Cover
Our sessions are overseen by a qualified lifeguard. They have to be registered with Leisure and Culture Dundee, and undertake monthly trainisg essions to keep their skills up to date.

Coaching
They help their participants to grow and develop their swimming technique and skills. Coaches guide and improve the existing technical skills of the aquatic discipline they work in.
A swimming Coach has an understanding of speed swimming techniques, a basic understanding of appropriate corrections to common faults and be able to deliver a series of effective training sets.
